Industrial Cyclones

Cyclones can be used in many processes.  Van Tongeren specializes in cyclones for particulate transported by a gas.  The gas is often air but it is not limited to air.  The particulate can be most any dry powder or even larger aggregate materials.  Abrasive materials may require refractory or other linings to protect from erosion of the cyclone body.

Typical applications for industrial cyclones:

Industrial Processes:

Roadstone plant
Quarry plant
Rotary dryers
Spray dryers
Calciners
Fluidized bed driers
Fluidized bed boilers
